String Bean Salad
|Cooked string beans||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled (Fresh)|
|Small white onion rings||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Head of lettuce||1|
Combine beans, onion rings, Dressing and salt in a mixing bowl; toss lightly.
Cover and marinate 1 hour.
Just before serving, add celery, green pepper and pickle relish.
Toss lightly and serve in lettuce cups.
Garnish with fresh tomato wedges.
