String Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked string beans 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled (Fresh)
  Small white onion rings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Diced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Head of lettuce 1
  Tomato wedges 4
Directions

Combine beans, onion rings, Dressing and salt in a mixing bowl; toss lightly.
Cover and marinate 1 hour.
Just before serving, add celery, green pepper and pickle relish.
Toss lightly and serve in lettuce cups.
Garnish with fresh tomato wedges.
