Asparagus Mimosa Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen asparagus spears 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Finely cut chives 1 Tablespoon
  Zero calorie sweetener To Taste (Granules Or Liquid)
  Lettuce leaves 6 Large
  Hard cooked egg 1 , shelled
Directions

1. Cook asparagus, drain and place in a shallow dish.
2. In a cup, mix the vinegar, water, garlic, salt, paprika, chives and your favorite no-calorie sweetener, using the equivalent of 6 teaspoons sugar. Pour over asparagus. Chill at least an hour to season.
3. When ready to serve, place lettuce leaves on 6 salad plates; arrange asparagus, dividing evenly, on top. Spoon any dressing from dish over the asparagus. Press egg through a sieve into a small bowl; sprinkle over asparagus.
