Cheese Pimento Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water; stir in vinegar and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Blend mayonnaise with milk, paprika and onion; combine with gelatin mixture.
Add cheese and pimento.
Pour into ring mold.
Chill until firm.
