|Potatoes||5 Large, cooked and pared|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , diced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
With electric knife, dice potatoes and place in large mixing bowl.
Add celery seed, salt, pepper, onions, celery, pickle relish and eggs; toss lightly.
In small bowl blend mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
Add half of the mayonnaise mixture to potato mixture; toss lightly until potatoes are well coated.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Add remaining mayonnaise mixture; toss again.
