Cottage Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Apples 4 Medium, quartered, cored and diced
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cream-style cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From An 8-Ounce Carton)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From An 8-Ounce Carton)
Directions

1. Combine the apples, raisins and nuts in a medium-size bowl; sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice; toss lightly.
2. Blend cottage cheese and sour cream, spoon over apple mixture and toss to mix.
