Country Beef Salad

Ingredients
  Small macaroni shells 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cubed cooked beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs) (From A 2-Pound Bunch, Fresh Flowerets)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Iceberg lettuce 1
Directions

1. Cook macaroni shells, drain; place in a large bowl. Stir in the onions, salt, pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil; let stand about 1 hour to season.
2. Just before serving, stir beef, celery and broccoli into macaroni.
3. Blend the mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, horseradish and the mustard in a cup; fold into beef mixture. Spoon into a lettuce-lined salad bowl.
