Chicory And Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Chicory heads 3 , thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 6 , sliced
  Black olives 8 , stoned
  Red wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Clear honey 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the chicory, tomatoes and olives in a salad bowl.
Mix together the remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screwtop jar.
Shake well, then pour his dressing over the vegetables.
Toss to feat and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
