Crunchy Camembert Salad
|Seedless grapes||2 1⁄2 Ounce (65 Gram)|
|Celery sticks||2 , thinly sliced|
|Cashew nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Camembert cheese||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Mustard powder||1 Pinch|
|Celery leaves||4 (For Garnish)|
1. Mix the grapes, celery and cashew nuts together in a bowl. Cut the Camembert into small pieces and add to the bowl.
2. Arrange a few radicchio leaves around the edge of 2 serving bowls. Cut the remaining radicchio into strips and add to the salad mixture.
3. Put the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to blend. Pour over the salad and toss well.
4. Pile the salad into the serving bowls and garnish with celery leaves. Serve with crusty whole wheat bread.
