Roquefort Salad Ring

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (3 Package)
  Roquefort cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Have cheeses at room temperature.
Blend cheeses with milk, lemon juice and seasonings; beat until smooth.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water; dissolve over hot water.
Stir gelatin into cheese mixture.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour mixture into large ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with fruits.
