Warm Bean Salad
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Home style beans||16 Ounce (canned)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 , chopped|
1. In 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine oil, celery and onions. Cover with lid; microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until celery is tender-crisp.
2. Stir in beans, parsley, vinegar and pepper. Cover; microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through, stirring once during cooking. Stir in tomato.
