Tart Spinach Salad
|Fresh spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Italian assortment cold cuts||6 , diced (6 Slices, From 4 Ounce Package)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1. Remove stems and any large ribs from spinach; wash leaves; drain well, then tear into bite-size pieces. (You should have about 12 cups.) Place in large bowl.
2. Saute diced cold cuts in vegetable oil just until heated through in medium-size skillet. Stir in vinegar, sugar, seasoned salt, soy sauce and mustard; heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling.
3. Pour at once over spinach; toss to coat all leaves well.
