Cabbage And Pepper Salad
|Red pepper||1 , pith and seeds removed and thinly sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , pith and seeds removed and thinly sliced|
|Spring onions||8 , finely chopped|
|Cucumber||1 , cut into 1 inch dice|
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, thinly sliced (500 Gram)|
|White cabbage||1 , thinly sliced|
|Clear honey||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Oil||5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Mix together the peppers, spring onions, cucumber cubes, tomatoes and cabbage in a large salad bowl.
Put the remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screwtop jar and shake well.
Pour this dressing over the salad and toss to coat thoroughly.
Serve soon after dressing the salad.
