Cabbage And Pepper Salad

Ingredients
  Red pepper 1 , pith and seeds removed and thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 , pith and seeds removed and thinly sliced
  Spring onions 8 , finely chopped
  Cucumber 1 , cut into 1 inch dice
  Tomatoes 1 Pound, thinly sliced (500 Gram)
  White cabbage 1 , thinly sliced
  Clear honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Oil 5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter)
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together the peppers, spring onions, cucumber cubes, tomatoes and cabbage in a large salad bowl.
Put the remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screwtop jar and shake well.
Pour this dressing over the salad and toss to coat thoroughly.
Serve soon after dressing the salad.
