Fruited Chicken Salad With Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , cooked
  Tart ripe unpeeled apple 2 , cored and cut in thin slices (Such As Granny Smiths)
  Tart ripe apples 2 , unpeeled, cored and cut in thin slices (Such As Granny Smiths)
  Small seedless green grapes/Small seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Small seedless green grape/Small seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red lettuce leaves/Green lettuce leaves 1
For vinaigrette
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raspberry vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

To make vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper and blend well.
Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized or larger pieces.
Toss chicken, apple slices, grapes, and walnuts with vinaigrette.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate and chicken, fruit, and nuts in the center.
