Fruited Chicken Salad With Raspberry Vinaigrette

|Tart ripe unpeeled apple||2 , cored and cut in thin slices (Such As Granny Smiths)|
|Tart ripe apples||2 , unpeeled, cored and cut in thin slices (Such As Granny Smiths)|
|Small seedless green grapes/Small seedless red grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Small seedless green grape/Small seedless red grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red lettuce leaves/Green lettuce leaves||1|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Raspberry vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
To make vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper and blend well.
Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized or larger pieces.
Toss chicken, apple slices, grapes, and walnuts with vinaigrette.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate and chicken, fruit, and nuts in the center.
