Ingredients
For the salad
  Romaine lettuce heads 2
  Bell pepper 1 Large (Red / Yellow Colored)
  Bell pepper 1 Large, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
  Red onion 1 , thinly sliced into rings
  Red onion 1 , sliced
  Cucumber 1 , sliced into rounds
  Cucumber 1 , sliced in to rounds
  Tomato 1 Large, cut into wedges
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Radishes 4 , trimmed and sliced
  Avocado 1 , peeled, pitted and sliced
  Fresh cilantro leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
For dressing
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
For the dressing
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Dried crushed marjoram/Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dried marjoram/Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt & pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together.
2. Set aside to develop flavors.
3. Break the lettuce leaves into large pieces.
4. In a salad bowl, toss the rest of the salad ingredients together along with lettuce.
5. Remove garlic clove from the dressing.
6. Whisk again and pour over the salad just before serving.

SERVING
7. Toss the salad and serve fresh.
