Oyster Salad

Ingredients
  Oysters 2 Can (20 oz), minced
  Crackers 8 , ground
  Hard boiled eggs 5 , hardboiled
  Sweet pickles 6 , chopped
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine oysters, crackers, eggs and pickles; mix well.
Mix remaining ingredients together in saucepan; cook until mixture begins to thicken.
Pour over oyster mixture; let stand for at least 1 2 hours before serving.
