Savory Crab Louis

  Cos lettuce 1 , separated into leaves
  Crabmeat 1 Pound, flaked (500 Gram)
  Tomatoes 2 , thinly sliced
  Cucumber 4 , thinly sliced
  Eggs 4 , hard boiled and thinly sliced
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
For dressing
  Mayonnaise 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, freshly chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, freshly chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Double cream 3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliter)

First make the dressing.
Mix all the ingredients together, with salt and pepper to taste, in a mixing bowl.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Line a salad bowl or serving dish with the lettuce leaves.
Pile the crabmeat in the centre and spoon over the dressing.
Arrange the tomato, cucumber and egg slices around the crabmeat and garnish with the capers.
Serve immediately.
