Salad Corn Mingle
|Canned mexican style corn||24 Ounce (2 Cans, 12 Ounces Each)|
|Canned italian green beans||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Radishes||5 Large, trimmed and chopped|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon, drained|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. Drain the liquids from the corn and beans; combine the vegetables with the chopped radishes in a medium-size bowl.
2. Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing, pickle relish, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl; fold into the vegetable mixture.
