Warm Sausage And Potato Salad
|Canned chicken gravy||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Franco American)|
|Green onions||4 , sliced|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon-style mustard/Grainy mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Small potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch slices|
|Kielbasa/Other smoked sausage||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together gravy, onions, vinegar and mustard. Stir in potatoes and kielbasa.
2. Cover with lid; microwave on high 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
