Warm Sausage And Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Canned chicken gravy 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Franco American)
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon-style mustard/Grainy mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Small potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  Kielbasa/Other smoked sausage 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together gravy, onions, vinegar and mustard. Stir in potatoes and kielbasa.
2. Cover with lid; microwave on high 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
