Summer's Best Green Salad
|Romaine lettuce head||1 Small|
|Head of lettuce leaf||1 Small|
|Green onions||3 , sliced|
|French salad dressing mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Tomato juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Break the romaine and lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces in large bowl. (You should have about 6 cups.) Add onions.
2. Combine salad-dressing mix, tomato juice, vinegar and water in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well to mix.
3. Drizzle about 1/4 cup over the greens; toss to coat well. Pass remaining dressing separately, if you wish.
