Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Papayas 3 , peeled, seeded, and sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Lemon)
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Watercress 2 Bunch (200 gm)
Directions

Sprinkle papaya slices with lemon juice.
Process together the yogurt, thyme, pepper, and curry powder briefly in a food processor or blender.
Place papaya slices on a bed of watercress and drizzle with yogurt dressing.
