Chef'S Salad With Chicken
|Cooked chicken||3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Gram)|
|Cooked tongue||3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Gram)|
|Gruyere cheese||3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Gram)|
|Egg||1 , hard-boiled and thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Black olives||3 Tablespoon, stoned and chopped|
|Olive oil||3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliter)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared french mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Break the lettuce into leaves and arrange in a large salad bowl.
Add the chicken, tongue, cheese, egg, onion and olives.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Put the remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screwtop jar.
Just before serving, pour this dressing over the salad ingredients.
