Chef'S Salad With Chicken

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Gram)
  Cooked tongue 3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Gram)
  Gruyere cheese 3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Gram)
  Egg 1 , hard-boiled and thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Black olives 3 Tablespoon, stoned and chopped
  Olive oil 3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliter)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared french mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Break the lettuce into leaves and arrange in a large salad bowl.
Add the chicken, tongue, cheese, egg, onion and olives.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Put the remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste, in a screwtop jar.
Shake well.
Just before serving, pour this dressing over the salad ingredients.
