|Uncooked couscous||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Wheat-Grain Semolina)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peaches||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Sliced green onions with tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unpeeled cucumber||1 Medium, seeded and chopped|
1. Mix couscous and chicken broth in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 9 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in remaining ingredients except Curry Dressing. Toss couscous mixture and Curry Dressing.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours until chilled. Stir before serving.
