Baby Lima Salad
|Frozen baby limas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|French dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Simple Variety)|
|Salad greens||1 Quart, cut in bite-size pieces|
|Hard-cooked egg||1 , sliced|
Early on day:
Cook lima beans until tender as package label directs; drain. Pour on dressing; cover; refrigerate.
At serving time:
In large salad bowl toss limas and dressing with bite-size greens; garnish with hard-cooked-egg slices.
