Raw Papaya, Cabbage And Fresh Coconut Salad

Ingredients
  Raw papaya 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Shredded cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use Very Green And Tender Vegetable)
  Salted cashew nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 2 Fruit)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chillies 3 , deseeded and chopped into 1 inch pieces
  Curry leaves sprigs 2
  Aniseeds/Variali 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pure ghee 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the papaya, cabbage, cashew nuts and raisins into a bowl. Mix in the lime juice and sugar. Sprinkle a little fine salt. Mix and chill.
Place 1 1/2. tablespoon of pure ghee into a small karahi. Heat and add the curry leaves, green chillies and aniseeds and fry for 2 minutes. Add the coconut, lower the heat and cook for 2 more minutes. Mix into the chilled papaya and cabbage and serve with curry and rice.
