Green Bean And Pasta Salad
|Thinly sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red bell pepper strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thinly Sliced)|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Sliced green beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (2 Inch Pieces, Use Hot)|
|Cooked shell macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small Sized, Use Hot)|
|Balsamic vinegar/Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh basil/1/2 teaspoon basil leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped italian flat leaf parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Use Fresh)|
1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine onion, bell pepper, oil, and garlic and stir to coat; microwave on High (100%) for 3 minutes, until bell pepper is tender-crisp, stirring once halfway through cooking.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
