Ingredients
  Thinly sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red bell pepper strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thinly Sliced)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
  Sliced green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (2 Inch Pieces, Use Hot)
  Cooked shell macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small Sized, Use Hot)
  Balsamic vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil/1/2 teaspoon basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped italian flat leaf parsley 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Use Fresh)
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine onion, bell pepper, oil, and garlic and stir to coat; microwave on High (100%) for 3 minutes, until bell pepper is tender-crisp, stirring once halfway through cooking.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
