Ham And Chicken Summer Salad
|Cooked ham cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Inch In Size)|
|Cooked chicken chunks||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced pimento||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bottled oil and vinegar dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked asparagus spears||1⁄2 Pound|
1. Toss ham cubes with chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento, mayonnaise, oil-and-vinegar dressing, and lemon juice. Refrigerate, tossing two or three times, until well chilled.
2. Line large glass salad bowl with romaine leaves and asparagus spears. Fill with ham-chicken mixture.
