Hot Spinach Salad
|Bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon flavored vegetable protein chips||2 Tablespoon|
Wash spinach and remove stems; dry leaves.
Tear leaves into bite-size pieces.
Place greens in large plastic bags and refrigerate.
Just before serving, heat salad dressing in chafing dish.
Add spinach and bacon-flavored chips; toss until greens are well coated.
