Hot And Spicy Asparagus Salad
|Fresh asparagus||1 1⁄2 Pound (675 Gram)|
|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
|Garlic||10 Clove (50 gm), cut into thin slices lengthwise|
|Hunan chili paste||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sesame oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
1. Remove stem ends and peel tough part of asparagus. Cut diagonally into 2-2 1/2" pieces (5-5.75 cm).
2. Cook asparagus for about 2 1/2 minutes in boiling water. Plunge in ice-cold water to stop cooking. Drain.
3. Heat oil in hot wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic slices, stirring for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Turn off heat.
4. Stir in asparagus, toss well and transfer to a bowl
