Curried Turkey Salad
|Cooked turkey meat||4 Cup (64 tbs) (White Meat, In Strips 2 Inches Long And 1/2 Inch Wide)|
|Thinly sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery tops||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped toasted filberts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant chicken bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||To Taste|
In mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon filberts.
Mix next 3 ingredients until well blended.
Add to mayonnaise and beat until smooth.
Season with lemon juice and white pepper to taste.
Pour over turkey mixture and toss to blend.
Put in serving dish; chill.
