Curried Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked turkey meat 4 Cup (64 tbs) (White Meat, In Strips 2 Inches Long And 1/2 Inch Wide)
  Thinly sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery tops 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped toasted filberts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White pepper To Taste
  Lettuce 1
Directions

In mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon filberts.
Mix next 3 ingredients until well blended.
Add to mayonnaise and beat until smooth.
Season with lemon juice and white pepper to taste.
Pour over turkey mixture and toss to blend.
Put in serving dish; chill.
