Raw Papaya And Mixed Vegetables Salad With Bean Sprouts
|Grated papaya||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Portion Only)|
|Skinless seedless tomato cube||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skinned celery stalks||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 1/2 inch pieces (Large Sized)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour lime juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Virgin olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Rock salt||2 Teaspoon (Fine)|
Place the grated papaya into a clear glass bowl. Wash the bean sprouts twice, drain in a colander and allow to dry. Then place in the bowl along with the papaya and chill in the refrigerator.
Prepare the cucumbers, tomatoes, celery and parsley. Place along with the papaya and bean sprouts and gently mix. Chill.
A few minutes before you serve the food, shake the dressing in the bottle vigorously. Pour over the chilled items, mix gently once again and serve.
