Celeriac Saute

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel celeriacs; cut into julienne strips. Boil the juliened celeriacs and drain thoroughly.
In a small saucepan heat butter till brown.
Pour over cooked celeriac.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley.
