Artichoke And Avocado Salad
|Avocado||1 Medium, cut into chunks or slices|
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce, drained and quartered (1 Can)|
|Crushed fresh garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place avocado and artichokes in small salad bowl.
Combine garlic, salt, lemon juice, and dillweed; slowly beat in oil.
Pour over vegetable mixture.
