Avocado Orange Salad Bowl
|Chicory head||1 Medium|
|Fruit salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Your Favorite)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Early on day:
1. Wash, drain, then dry chicory; tear into bite-size pieces; pile in salad bowl.
2. Peel, then cut oranges into sections; arrange on top of chicory. Cover with saran; refrigerate, along with dressing.
Just before serving:
Peel avocado; cut into even slices; dip slices in lemon juice. Arrange avocado over orange sections; pour on dressing.
