Cucumber Corn Salad

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Thinly sliced cucumbers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen whole kernel corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed
  Sliced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Onions)
  Diced red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. In medium mixing bowl combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until combined. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to coat.
