Tomato Salad With Coriander And Spring Onions

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 500 Gram, halved (baby or cherry)
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Spring onions 6 , cut in rounds
  Brown onion 1 , finely chopped
  Green lettuce/Cos /iceberg 2 , chopped fine
  Finely chopped paneer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
For lime juice dressing
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green chillies 6 , deseeded and finely chopped
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Any other refined oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine the tomatoes, coriander leaves, spring onions, brown onion and paneer chopped finely. Add salt to taste and mix lightly. Regrigerate.
Put the lime juice into a bottle. Add the oil and the coriander, cumin and pepper powders and salt. Shake well. Sprinkle over the salad just before eating.
