Guaeamole Salad Bowl
|Lettuce head||1⁄2 Medium|
|Tomatoes||2 , cut in wedges|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Corn chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||9 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Avocado dressing||1 (1 recipe)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Break lettuce into salad bowl.
Add tomato wedges, olives, onions, corn chips, and drained tuna.
Toss lightly with Avocado Dressing.
Top with shredded cheese and additional ripe olives.
