Savoy Cabbage And Spinach Salad
|Fresh spinach||1 Pound, washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces|
|Shredded savoy cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Slivered almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered almonds|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
1. In a bowl, combine spinach, cabbage, sprouts, onion and almonds.
2. In a small bowl, combine oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over salad; toss to coat thoroughly.
3. Serve at once.
