Savoy Cabbage And Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound, washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
  Shredded savoy cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Slivered almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered almonds
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
Directions

1. In a bowl, combine spinach, cabbage, sprouts, onion and almonds.
2. In a small bowl, combine oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over salad; toss to coat thoroughly.
3. Serve at once.
