Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Avocados 3
  Steamed chicken 4 Pound
  Cucumber 1
  Celery stick 4
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Blanched slivered almonds 1⁄4 Ounce
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel, stone and slice avocados.
Remove chicken meat from bones.
Cut meat into 1 in. cubes.
Slice cucumber, celery and green pepper and layer in dish or bowl with toasted almonds, chicken and half the avocado slices.
Blend paprika, nutmeg, salt and pepper with cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken and vegetables.
Decorate with remaining avocado slices, sprinkle with extra paprika.
