Ingredients
  Assorted fresh fruit 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into bite-size pieces
  Low fat lemon yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place fruit in individual serving bowls.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt and poppy seeds with a whisk, then pour over fruit, using 2 to 3 tablespoons per serving.
