Red seedless grapes
2 Cup (32 tbs), washed
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (skinless)
1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. Chop the apples and splash them with lemon juice.
2. In a large mixing bowl, place the apples, grapes, peanuts, mayonnaise, lemon juice, splenda and combine well.
3. Dish the salad into a serving bowl to serve.
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate to serve the preparation cold.
Splenda can be substituted with sugar.
Lemon can be substituted with vinegar.
