Cucumber Salad With White Wine

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  White wine/Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel cucumber, slice thinly and sprinkle with salt; leave slices pressed between two plates in a cool place for 1 hour.
Tip away any liquid and rinse off excess salt.
Add pepper, sugar and vinegar and pile in a serving bowl.
