Pasta Salad With Broccoli
|Plain low fat yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||4 Teaspoon, reduced (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)|
|Pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped shallot/Onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked shell macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Broccoli florets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched|
|Canned chick peas||2 Ounce, rinsed drained|
|Diced tomato||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (red or green variety)|
1. Using a wire whisk, in medium mixing bowl blend together first 5 ingredients; add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
