Cold Raw Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Raw papaya 1 Large, skinned and cut into 4 pieces and deseeded
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sour limes 2 , juiced
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Take a vegetable slicer and cut very thin slices from the papaya. Place in a glass bowl.
Mix in the turmeric, salt and sugar and lime juice. Add the onions slices, if desired. Chill before eating.
