Cold Raw Papaya Salad
|Raw papaya||1 Large, skinned and cut into 4 pieces and deseeded|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour limes||2 , juiced|
Take a vegetable slicer and cut very thin slices from the papaya. Place in a glass bowl.
Mix in the turmeric, salt and sugar and lime juice. Add the onions slices, if desired. Chill before eating.
