Tomato And Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
For salad
  Boiled shrimp 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), boil in water with 1/2 lemon squeezed, and 1 clove garlic, smashed (cold)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Avocado 1 , peeled and chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , peeled and chopped
  Lettuce head 1⁄2 , torn into pieces
For dressing
  Lemon 1⁄2 , squeezed
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
Directions

1) Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl. Toss well.
2) Mix dressing thoroughly, pour over salad. Toss lightly. Chill for 30 minutes.
