Thai Papaya Salad

Ooh la la!! This excellent papaya salad video recipe is going to make you go yumm yumm over the spicy tangy taste and flavor. The combination of papaya, cherry tomatoes coupled with chillies and lime is one you are going to truly enjoy.
  Chilies 5
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Cherry tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted
  Lime 1⁄2
  Papaya 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded

With a mortar and pestle , crush the chillies, garlic and the roasted peanuts. Add the rest of the ingredients and squeeze the lime in. Add the fish sauce and sugar. Pound. Crush all the ingredients and mix well. Blend al the ingredients well. Serve.

Moody Foodie do you mean bitter or better????? It is interesting the differences in Som Tom some with dried shrimp, some with salted crab, and the Laos/Issan with oh dang I can't recall the "fruit" name 1" oval, large seed, bitter...........-sorry I am going to bed very very sick. Shanti/Mary-Anne
