Mushroom Salad With Madeira Wine
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, rinsed and sliced|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Madeira wine||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh tarragon||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
1) Combine all of the ingredients with the exception of the mushrooms and the lemon juice. Sprinkle the mushrooms with lemon juice. Add to other ingredients, stir, cover, and chill.
