First Course Salad

|Sliced scallions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Romaine leaves||12 Small|
|Bottled italian dressing||2 Tablespoon|
About 20 minutes before supper:
1. Toss together cucumber, scallions, radishes, and capers.
2. Toss romaine leaves with a bit of Italian dressing. On each of 4 salad plates arrange 3 romaine leaves, in fan shape, with cucumber-radish mixture at base.
