Simple Salad

This easy to make crunchy salad is a good mix of veggies to add to your daily diet. A combination of a variety of nutritious and colorful vegetables, this is both a visual treat as well as one that would appeal to tastebuds of all ages. Flavorful and healthy, enjoy it all through the summer.
Ingredients
  Green pepper 1
  Carrot 1
  Green beans 7
  Celery stalk 1
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Cucumber 1⁄2
  Onion 1
  Yogurt 6 Tablespoon
  Black salt 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mango powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground roasted cumin 1 Tablespoon (Cumin Powder)
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Chop all the veggies into small pieces. Mix in the yogurt and the dry masala. Mix well. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
