Carrot Salad With Toasted Almonds
|Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Carrots||4 , pared, sliced in julienne and cooked|
|Boston lettuce||1 , washed and dried|
|Toasted almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||4 Drop|
|Lemon juice||4 Drop|
Mix mayonnaise, cream, Tabasco, lemon juice and parsley together in large bowl. Season to taste.
Add carrots to bowl and mix gently.
Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter. Spoon carrots in center of lettuce and top with toasted almonds.
