Zesty Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 28 Ounce (1 Can, 796 Milliliter)
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Chopped radishes/Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped red onion/Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dill seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In sieve, drain sauerkraut and rinse under cold water; drain. In salad bowl, combine sauerkraut, carrot, radishes, onion and dill seeds.
Mix oil with sugar until sugar has dissolved; pour over salad and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
