Zesty Sauerkraut Salad
|Sauerkraut||28 Ounce (1 Can, 796 Milliliter)|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Chopped radishes/Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped red onion/Green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dill seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon|
In sieve, drain sauerkraut and rinse under cold water; drain. In salad bowl, combine sauerkraut, carrot, radishes, onion and dill seeds.
Mix oil with sugar until sugar has dissolved; pour over salad and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
